AIA is seeking a skilled Campaign and Rewards professional in Hong Kong to drive business growth through strategic incentive campaigns, rewards programmes and communications. You will lead end-to-end campaigns, analyze results, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize engagement and outcomes.

The role requires strong project management, Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a customer-focused mindset to deliver reliable, thoughtful outcomes for customers and the community.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in campaign management, incentive programs or related functions.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or sales performance management is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of incentive campaigns, rewards programmes and recognition initiatives.
• Develop campaign strategies, criteria and rewards structures to meet business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and provide insights for improvements.
• Prepare business reports, dashboards and updates for decision-makers.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery.
