Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics, data analytics, communications, finance, or related disciplines.
• 7-10 years of experience in campaign management, incentive programs, rewards management, business analytics, agency support, or related functions.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or sales performance management is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business actions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong business mindset with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Good leadership and presentation skills.
• Independent and well-organized with data-driven mindset.
• Good team player and proactive to participate in a team.
• The incumbent is required to obtain relevant license if the job involves in regulated activities.

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of incentive campaigns, rewards programmes, recognition initiatives, and communication activities.
• Develop campaign strategies, mechanics, qualification criteria, and rewards structures to support business objectives.
• Prepare campaign proposals, business cases, and recommendations for management approval.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and provide insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and engagement.
• Prepare business reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance updates to support decision-making.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and business partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and effective stakeholder communication.
• Develop communication and promotional plans and create engaging content across various communication channels.
• Generate innovative ideas to enhance campaign visibility, participant engagement, and user experience.
• Act as project leaders, lead junior members to ensure high-quality campaign planning and execution from end-to-end.
• Manage campaign budgets, resources, reward fulfilment, and operational processes effectively.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support business transformation initiatives.
• Support special projects, company events, and other ad hoc assignments as required.
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and / or other requirements.
