Job summary

You will contribute to governance, CPD, and quality assurance, ensuring youth initiatives and events across Hong Kong. The position requires NGO experience, flexibility for outdoor work, weekends and public holidays, and a collaborative, empathetic approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in programme management and networking.
• Min 7 years of experience with at least 2 years in child & family related work.
• Willing to work outdoors, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience liaising with government and regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist to lead a team of staff and collaborate with Movement partners.
• Monitor humanitarian crises and disasters and make recommendations.
• Assist to implement and monitor truck-related and health-related activities.
• Provide independent oversight on QA matters and regulatory liaison.
• Develop impactful youth sports initiatives and community outreach.
