Qualifications

• Registered Social Worker with 2 years’ relevant working experience.
• 3 years working experience in health service promotion and community service.

Responsibilities

• Develop programme materials and deliver activities.
• Coordinate programme operations with internal cross-service team.
• Monitor all registered cases’ profile, evaluation of health data, and follow up.
• Assist to implement and monitor all truck-related and health-related activities.
