Job summary

Love 21 Foundation Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Programme Manager to lead a team, monitor crises, and coordinate with Movement partners. The role emphasizes health data evaluation, community service, and external liaison.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in programme management and networking.
• Min 7 years of experience with at least 2 years in child & family related work.
• Willing to work outdoors, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience liaising with government and regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist to lead a team of staff and collaborate with Movement partners.
• Monitor humanitarian crises and disasters and make recommendations.
• Assist to implement and monitor truck-related and health-related activities.
• Provide independent oversight on QA matters and regulatory liaison.
• Develop impactful youth sports initiatives and community outreach.

Job description

• Assist to lead a team of staff and collaborate with identified Movement partners
• Monitor and analyze humanitarian crisis and disasters and make recommendation
• 5 years’ relevant experience, preferable in programme management and networking
• Monitor all registered cases’ profile, evaluation of health data, and follow up
• Assist to implement and monitor all truck-related and health-related activities
• 3 years working experience in health service promotion and community service
• Min 7 years of experience from which 2 years gained from child & family related
• NGO with multicultural working environment
• Provide independent oversight on all QA matters
• Liaison with government and regulatory authorities (e.g., QFS, HKCAAVQ)
