Job summary

VolTra Hong Kong is seeking an Organisational Development & Operations Lead (fixed-term, ~6 months) to strengthen internal foundations, standardise processes, and reduce staff workload through smarter workflows and AI-enabled efficiency. You will own end-to-end processes, design risk and data policies, and drive cross-functional initiatives with a small, hands-on team.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a small NGO or charity setting.
• Proven ability to design or revamp internal processes.
• Strong prioritisation and project management skills.
• Willingness to be hands-on and implement changes directly.

Responsibilities

• Review and redesign workflows, policies and procedures anchored in business needs and VolTra principles.
• Own end-to-end processes; drive efficiency while involving staff in design and adoption.
• Develop a data management system and establish good data practice.
• Lead data cleansing and enable AI-driven automation to reduce repetitive work.
• Establish foundational CRM structure for B2B and B2C.
• Support knowledge continuity, documentation, and IT guidelines.
• Measure impact and align goals with staff and programme outcomes.
