Job summary

VolTra is seeking an Organisational Development & Operations Lead (Fixed-term, ~6 months) to strengthen internal foundations—process governance, risk, policy, and data systems—grounded in our values. This is a hands-on role: you will both see the big picture and do the work to reduce staff workload, boost efficiency, and drive AI-enabled improvements while keeping staff engaged in the change process.

The role spans Process, Policy & Risk; Data, AI & Systems; Continuity & Impact; and Grounding.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record designing or revamping processes.
• Strong prioritisation.
• Hands-on in a small-team, resource-light environment.
• People-centered: designs change with staff.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen internal foundations: policy, risk, and data systems.
• Drive end-to-end processes to improve efficiency and reduce workload using AI where appropriate.
• Lead data management and ensure good data practices; establish CRM structure.
• Support impact measurement and alignment and keep progress visible.
