Job summary

HKT is seeking an experienced Pre-sales ICT Solutions Consultant to partner with the sales team in identifying client needs and designing tailored ICT solutions. The role focuses on discovery, proposal creation, PoC planning, and tender responses before contract signing.

You will present to C-level executives and technical staff, lead technical RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, and coordinate PoCs to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of ICT experience in a pre-sales or solutions architect role.
• Valid industry certifications (CCNA/CCNP, AWS/Azure/GCP, CISSP/CISM).

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to understand business challenges and design high-level ICT solutions (Cloud, Data Center, Network Security, VoIP, SD-WAN).
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to C-level and technical staff.
• Lead RFP/RFQ/RFI technical responses ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Plan and oversee PoCs or pilots to validate requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, solution specialists and technical teams to refine proposals.
