Qualifications

• Experience in international education with students aged 7–16, especially with mainland China and Hong Kong.
• Familiarity with independent and international school sectors.
• Proven experience in programme management or educational operations.
• Strong written communication skills for professional content creation.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Managing project timelines and ensuring programme milestones are met.
• Serving as main contact for parents and students with clear guidance and support.
• Conducting and overseeing parent consultations to align expectations and satisfaction.
• Coordinating with UK schools/partners visiting China, planning events and recruitment of new students.
• Working with the Schools Lead and Academic Leads in the UK to ensure smooth academic and logistical operations.
• Support marketing by writing engaging articles and social media content to promote programmes.
• Collecting and analyzing feedback from students, parents, and schools to drive improvements.
• Monitoring KPIs to ensure high service delivery standards.
• Collaborating with wider operations and academic teams to maintain consistency and innovation.
