Junior Achievement Hong Kong is a registered charity and member of JA Worldwide, empowering youth through experiential learning in entrepreneurship, career readiness and financial health. The Senior Program Manager will oversee end-to-end program delivery, lead a small team, and train business volunteers to deliver high-quality learning experiences for students across events and programs.

This role emphasizes program quality, stakeholder relationships, and the execution of learning outcomes

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese (written & oral).
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strong team player with organisational, problem-solving and PM skills.
• Willing to work Saturdays for program events (with compensatory leave).
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Program Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of program operations, administration, and relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a small team dedicated to program delivery and support.
• Engage and train business volunteers to work with students in the program.
• Plan and execute the program and related events.
• Assure quality of the program and delivery of the agreed learning outcomes.
