Job description

Our client is hiring for a team head with experience in designing impactful secondary-level learning programme, leading cross-functional delivery teams, and driving enrolment, retention, partnerships, and programme growth through data-informed strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and ongoing development of engaging enrichment programmes for secondary-school students. This includes defining learning objectives, planning course structures, developing practical activities and assessments, and identifying new programme opportunities.
  • Ensure a consistently high-quality learning experience across classroom, hybrid, and online delivery formats. Establish clear facilitation standards, support and develop teaching staff, and improve programmes using student feedback and performance insights.
  • Take ownership of programme growth, including student enrolment, retention, and expansion into new areas. Work closely with marketing-or lead relevant initiatives-to communicate programme value effectively to students and parents, strengthen conversion, and refine pricing or positioning based on results.
  • Build strong relationships with schools, parents, education partners, industry professionals, and subject specialists. Act as an external representative for the programmes and use ongoing feedback to maintain strong participant satisfaction.
  • Manage the curriculum, facilitation, and programme operations teams. Oversee budgets, timelines, resources, and delivery arrangements, while providing leadership with regular updates on learner outcomes, programme performance, and commercial results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Curriculum Studies, or another relevant discipline; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
  • Experience in curriculum development, education programme management, or a related leadership role, ideally with experience taking initiatives from initial concept through to successful delivery for teenage learners.
  • Commercially minded, with experience monitoring performance indicators such as enrolment, conversion, retention, or revenue, and using those results to drive improvement.
  • Familiar with contemporary educational approaches, such as experiential or project-based learning, social-emotional development, design thinking, and skills- or competency-focused education.
  • A confident and adaptable communicator who can engage effectively with students, parents, educators, external partners, and senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using data-including learner progress, participation, and enrolment trends-to inform decisions and improve programme outcomes.
  • Able to articulate the benefits of educational programmes in a clear, compelling way that connects with parents, students, schools, and potential partners.
