About The Role

• Acting as administrator and in charge of one or several areas of student overseas competition and tours in Asia and Europe
• Manage the student tour and provide guidance and support to students throughout the entire process, including the application procedures, orientations, accommodation, post-programme evaluations
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with partner institutions and universities, such as coordinating communication, agreements, and programme logistics to ensure successful collaboration
• Handle enquiries from students, parents, and liaison with both internal and external parties from end-to-end tour arrangements
• Develop strategic partnerships and promote internationalization
• Any ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in education or related disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in international study/competition tour arrangement
• Good team player with excellent communication skills
• Well organized and attend to details
• Independent and good problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
