Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking an IT Administration and Support, Assistant Manager for an Asset Management Company in Hong Kong. You will oversee IT administrative tasks, manage user access, onboarding/offboarding, and provide first-line support to ensure smooth technology operations.

You will also collaborate with internal tech teams and external vendors to resolve incidents, drive automation with VBA and Python, and improve workflows with a focus on governance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, IT operations, or IT coordination within a corporate environment.
• Exposure to AI / Generative AI tools and automation use cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT service requests, user access, onboarding/offboarding, and general IT administration.
• Track and maintain request status, documentation, and issue resolution records.
• Provide first-line support and coordinate issue escalation where required.
• Coordinate with internal technology teams and external vendors to resolve incidents and deliver solutions.
