You will assist with planning, stakeholder coordination, and documentation, gradually taking ownership of workstreams. A PMP/PRINCE2 certification and strong communication are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or related project roles.
• Proven experience supporting system implementation or IT transformation projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification is required.
• Experience working with external vendors and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
• Understanding of project delivery methodologies and project lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end delivery of IT and system implementation projects.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, resource tracking, and status reporting.
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and support resolution activities.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
• Track project progress and maintain project documentation and governance records.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation activities.
• Manage vendor communications and ensure deliverables meet project objectives.
• Gradually take ownership of project workstreams and project deliverables.
