Job summary

Big Bang Academy is seeking an Event and Program Specialist to plan and execute a range of events—from marketing sessions to student showcases—across local and international settings. You will coordinate end-to-end logistics, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and manage budgets and communications to deliver engaging experiences that reflect the brand and educational mission.

The role requires strong project management, English and Cantonese fluency, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event coordination and planning.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute offline events including marketing and educational events.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics: venue sourcing, scheduling, registration, transport, catering, materials, setup, and on-site coordination.
• Collaborate with marketing, curriculum, and partnership teams to define objectives and run-of-show.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, speakers, educators, and partners to ensure smooth delivery.
• Develop engaging event concepts aligned with branding and goals.
• Oversee budgets, track expenses, and support cost negotiations with suppliers.
• Prepare briefing documents, guest lists, signage, presentations, and communications.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and organizational requirements.
• Manage attendee communications before, during, and after events; collect feedback and conduct post-event evaluations.
