JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced Event Manager to shape and deliver high-impact client experiences within the Private Bank Events Team in Asia.

This hands-on role focuses on planning, logistics, and flawless execution across local and regional events, with travel across Asia and collaboration with senior leaders. You will design events that align with brand standards, leveraging deep Asia market knowledge to select venues, formats, and cultural nuances.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event management.
• Demonstrated strength in problem solving and creative event solutions.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end event delivery (planning, logistics, onsite execution).
• Experience managing budgets, vendor negotiation, contracts, and invoices.
• Ability to manage risk and ensure compliance as part of event delivery.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and event management platforms.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience liaising with senior leadership and delivering against tight deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize concurrent projects and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and travel frequently across Asia.
