Job summary

Pathsight Limited is seeking an HR Officer (Project and Recruitment) to act as a business partner providing HR account services to internal units. You will support HR administration, handle talent acquisition, and liaise with stakeholders on recruitment, employee relations, engagement, and people development.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in HR/Business, at least 3 years in HR services, and strong knowledge of HK employment ordinances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR Management, Business or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR services (recruitment, employee relations, people development).
• Experience in a sizable company or MNC is an advantage; well-versed in HK employment ordinances.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR administration and support daily operations for internal teams.
• Handle talent acquisition and management for assigned business units.
• Liaise with stakeholders on recruitment, employee relations, engagement and people development.
• Prepare HR analysis and reports.
• Lead HR projects including campus recruitment and staff satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources services, e.g. recruitment, employee relations, people development

Experience of working in a sizable company or MNC is an advantage

Well-versed in HK employment ordinances

Outgoing, energetic, aggressive, good at communication and presentation

Good command of both English and Chinese(Cantonese, Mandarin)
