Job summary

Ramada Hong Kong Grand View is seeking an HR Officer to manage recruitment, payroll, attendance, and all HR processes for hotel operations in Hong Kong. You will ensure compliance with HK Labour Ordinance and MPF regulations, process monthly payroll accurately, and prepare HR reports for management review.

The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or higher in Hotel Management or Human Resources, have at least 3 years of HR experience in a hotel setting, and possess strong interpersonal and data

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Hotel Management / Human Resources.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR in Hotel Industry.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Independent and good interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with MS Office and HR system.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment, C&B Administration, Staff Relations, Leave and attendance administration and daily HR affairs.
• Well versed in HK Labour Ordinance, MPF regulations and other HR related regulations.
• Proficiency in payroll and HR FLEX systems.
• Execute accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
• Consolidate and prepare regular HR related reports for management review.
• Maintains confidentiality and security of all HR and associate records.
• Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned.
