Job summary

New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel is seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer to support all-round HR functions and drive employee engagement. You will build relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to internal communications and HR projects.

The role requires bilingual English and Chinese proficiency, strong communication, and at least 3 years of HR experience with knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance. You thrive in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in human resources.
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, legislation and relevant regulations.
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to perform multiple tasks.
