Candidates should have a Diploma or higher in Hospitality management and at least five years of management experience in housekeeping. Cantonese/English communication skills are valued for guest interactions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Housekeeping daily operations and supervise the team to ensure professional and courteous services to hotel guests
• Responsible for overall cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards and services are met
• Ensure the standards for safety, health and pleasing environment for guests and team members
• Supervise, mentor and evaluate team members
• Closely monitor the work performance of outside contractors
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Executive Housekeeper / Assistant Housekeeper
