Job summary

Shun Tak Property Management Limited, the Hong Kong/Macau property management arm of the Shun Tak Group, invites applications for a Human Resources Manager (Property Management focus). You will manage full HR functions for our property management teams in Hong Kong and Macau, including recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.

Requirements include a degree in HRM or related disciplines, at least 8 years HR generalist experience with 5 years in a managerial role,

Qualifications

  • Degree in HRM or related disciplines.
  • At least 8 years HR generalist experience with 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Good knowledge of employment ordinance and HR practices.
  • Fluent in English, Chinese and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions for property management in HK and Macau.
  • Review and update staff handbook and HR policies.
  • Lead manpower planning, performance reviews, salary reviews and benefits programmes.
  • Handle employee relations including disciplinary, labour cases and work injury cases.
  • Organize staff training and recreation activities; liaise with site management and Group HR; participate in ad hoc tasks.

Education

Degree in HRM or related disciplines
8+ years HR generalist experience
5+ years managerial experience
MS Office proficiency
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
