Job summary

Emperor Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager – Business Partner to act as a trusted HRBP for senior leaders. You will advise on manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management and compensation, while driving critical HR programs across the organization.

You will lead budgeting, workforce planning, development and engagement initiatives, partnering with COEs to deliver HR solutions and ensure compliance with laws and internal policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years HR experience, with proven HR Business Partnering track record.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR best practices.
• Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, performance management and employee relations.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with HRIS reporting experience.

Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to business leaders and department heads, providing professional HR advice and support on manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and succession planning.

Lead and drive key HR initiatives, including annual budgeting, workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement programs.

Partner with HR Centres of Excellence (COEs) to deliver effective HR solutions and support business objectives.

Keep abreast of market trends, employment legislation, and HR best practices to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and internal HR procedures.

Requirements

Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

Minimum 8 years of solid HR experience, with proven experience in HR Business Partnering.

Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR best practices.

Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, performance management and employee relations.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with strong reporting skills and hands‑on experience in HRIS.

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
