Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding arrangements and ensure a positive new-joiner experience.
  • Support the HR Business Partner in employee engagement and people-related initiatives.
  • Support talent management activities, including performance and development programmes.
  • Maintain HR trackers, records, reports and presentation materials.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, events and follow-up actions.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in employer branding and EVP initiatives.
  • Assist with recruitment events, employee stories and candidate engagement activities.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure HR activities are delivered on time.
  • Provide general administrative and project support to the HR team.
  • Undertake other HR duties as assigned.
