Lucky-7-Hospitality-Limited is hiring an HR professional to oversee all HR matters for its F&B operations in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. You will handle end-to-end recruitment, attendance, payroll, benefits, and HR records, while driving HR initiatives and ensuring accurate data in the HR system.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in HRM with 2–3 years of recruitment experience in a large company or the F&B sector, and is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HR experience in a large company or F&B industry.
• Knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and well-organised.

Responsabilités

• Handle full recruitment process, incl. headcount approvals, posting ads, interviewing, events, onboarding and work arrangements.
• Manage attendance records, leave tracking, monthly payroll processing, and employee benefits.
• Prepare employment documents and keep HRIS up to date with accurate data.
• Plan and implement HR-related projects and initiatives.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor.

Job Description

• Responsible for Human Resources matters for the F&B operation.
• Handle the full recruitment process, including (but not limited to) confirming hiring headcount and costs with responsible managers, placing job advertisements, arranging interviews, recruitment events, and coordinating onboarding/work arrangements after joining.
• Handle attendance records, leave tracking, monthly payroll processing, and various employee benefits.
• Prepare relevant employment documents, keep personnel information updated in the HR system at all times, and ensure data accuracy.
• Plan and implement HR-related projects and initiatives.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor, and carry out temporary tasks as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
• At least 2–3 years of recruitment experience in a large company or within the F&B industry.
• Basic understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and various recruitment channels in the F&B business.
• Familiar with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant HR-related regulations.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, outgoing, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude with problem-solving skills; hardworking and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint; HRIS experience is an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Applicants with more experience can be considered for a senior position.
