Job summary

Flex Consultancy Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a System Support Specialist to provide daily user support for HRMS and related applications, and to deliver first level service to corporate clients by phone and email.

You will perform technical support, troubleshoot software systems, manage issue logs, and assist with system testing and user training. Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with 2+ years’ experience will be considered for the System Support Specialist role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with SQL or HRMS is an advantage.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily users support related to HRMS and related applications.
• Provide first level customer service to corporate clients via telephone and emails.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot and administer software systems.
• Maintain targeted service levels and response times.
• Conduct admin/user training of systems, etc.
