Flex Consultancy Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a recruitment-oriented professional to introduce HR solutions to SME clients, manage full recruitment cycles, and support staffing and HR outsourcing needs.

You will research, approach and connect suitable candidates with employers, maintain CRM, issue quotations and invoices, and cross-sell other HR solutions. Candidates with 1 year of recruitment experience and multilingual abilities are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• 1 year of recruitment experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Excellent Cantonese, English and/or Mandarin communication.
• Strong drive, self-starter with winner mentality.
• Willing to build client and candidate networks.

Mansioni

• Introduce HR solutions to SME clients, including staffing and outsourcing.
• Follow up full sales cycles to maximize client satisfaction.
• Perform 360 recruitment to fulfil clients' hiring requirements.
• Research, approach and connect suitable candidates to employers.
• Maintain CRM and candidate database; issue quotations and invoices.
• Cross-sell other HR solutions to clients.
• Assist Account Manager in handling other duties.
