Job summary

K Cash Corporation Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an HR Operations support professional to manage full lifecycle HR tasks. You will assist recruitment and staffing, visa applications, attendance, onboarding and offboarding, and support learning and staff engagements.

You will maintain accurate records in HRIS, coordinate events, liaise with internal stakeholders and service providers, and handle ad-hoc projects. Fresh graduates are welcome; immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline or equivalent HKQF level 5
• 1 year working experience in Human Resources field
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Self-motivated, energetic, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Immediately available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum of HR operations support including recruitment & staffing activities, visa application, C&B administration, staff on-/off-boarding, employee attendance, learning, staff engagements, etc.
• Support logistical arrangements for new joiner onboarding and staff departure
• Maintain accurate employee record in HRIS and filing
• Assist & participate in staff events including staff annual dinner, training and seminar, cultural committee activities, etc.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and service providers to support the HR operations
• Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
