Job summary

Job-Hunter is seeking a Senior HR Officer (HR Reporting / Project) to oversee HR reporting and analytics across Hong Kong, Asia Pacific and PRC operations. The role emphasizes HR data management, projects coordination, and process optimization within a multinational context.

The ideal candidate has 7-8 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and Putonghua. Immediate availability is an advantage for joining a reputable group with diverse operations.

Qualifications

• University graduate in HR Management or related disciplines.
• 7-8 years relevant working experience, preferably with group-level HR role.
• Solid experience in HR reporting & analytics and HR data management.
• Exposure in HR projects coordination and process optimization is preferable.
• Previous experience in manufacturing industry or multinational corporations.
• Experience in HRIS implementation and data consolidation is a great advantage.
• Strong analytical mind, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken & written English and Putonghua.
• Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel.
• Immediate availability would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR related functions for Hong Kong, Asia Pacific and PRC operations.
• Prepare regular HR reports and analyze workforce data (headcount, movements, key HR metrics) for business decisions.
• Participate in HR projects such as HRIS implementation, workflow automation, onboarding enhancements and restructurings.
• Support compensation and benefits benchmarking, analysis and budgeting processes.
• Utilize HR analytics and insights to drive continuous HR improvements and data consolidation.
• Assist in establishing HR reporting metrics across divisions for group-wide data flows.

Requirements

• University graduate in HR Management or related disciplines
• 7-8 years relevant working experience, preferably with group-level HR role
• Solid experience in HR reporting & analytics and HR data management
• Prior exposure in HR projects coordination and process optimization is preferable
