Job summary

OOCL is seeking an experienced HRIS professional to steward and optimize its in-house HR system and related applications across global HR teams. You will collaborate with IT and vendors on upgrades, translate business needs into configurations, and support rollout, testing, and documentation of projects.

Key duties include ensuring data accuracy, generating HR analytics, and delivering user training while maintaining compliance with policies and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations or HRIS management.
• Experience leading system implementation or transformation projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Be the steward of in-house HR system and other HR-related peripheral applications, ensuring their smooth operation, optimization, and alignment with Company’s organizational goals.
• Enhance and optimize system functionality to empower the efficiency of global HR teams.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and ensure proper configuration.
• Support HR system-related projects, including rollout, testing, and documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data across systems.
• Generate and analyze reports to support HR decision-making and compliance.
• Provide guidance and support to HR users and employees on system usage.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops as needed.
• Ensure HR systems comply with internal policies and external regulations.
• Monitor data privacy and security protocols.
