Job summary

OKX is seeking an experienced HR Systems Transformation & Process Transformation Senior Manager to drive global HR technology initiatives. The role emphasizes digital transformation, program management, and governance across HR, Engineering and regional teams.

The ideal candidate combines HR systems knowledge with practical transformation and PMO capabilities to deliver scalable HR solutions while ensuring data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR transformation, HR technology or enterprise systems programs at manager/senior manager level.
• Strong hands-on project/program management and PMO experience across cross-functional initiatives.
• Good understanding of HR systems, processes and employee lifecycle workflows.
• Comfortable partnering with technical teams.
• Strong mindset for process improvement, workflow automation or AI-enabled transformation.
• Experience with system governance, access management or data privacy is desirable.
• Able to own and push initiatives forward while managing multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Drive global HR technology and process transformation initiatives, translating priorities into plans, milestones and outcomes.
• Manage day-to-day PMO and delivery activities for HR systems initiatives, tracking actions, risks and decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure privacy, regulatory, security and audit requirements are met.
• Coordinate global system rollouts across HR, Engineering and regions, including UAT, cutover and post-launch support.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure HR requirements are reflected in product delivery.
• Review HR processes to simplify, standardize and automate workflows before new tech is introduced.
• Develop and maintain HR system governance frameworks with access controls and approval structures.
• Maintain change-control, documentation and governance standards for enhancements.
• Support the design and rollout of automation and AI-enabled HR processes.
• Lead change management and adoption activities across countries and HR teams.
