Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in Project Implementation Management for complex SuccessFactors HR systems.
• Strong experience in managing HR software implementations, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience in all aspects of HR system implementation, including UAT and deployment.

Responsabilités

• Consulting and managing technical End-To-End project implementation for HR systems.
• Leading cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables.
• Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed.
