Job summary
EY is seeking a Finance Transformation Consultant in Hong Kong to help clients optimize finance operating models and implement ERP-enabled solutions. You will work within high-performing cross-functional teams on COA redesign, budgeting, forecasting, and robotics process automation to drive efficiency and governance.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of project experience, with strong communication in English and Cantonese. Mandarin a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably with leading consulting firms or internal project leadership.
- Proven project management experience in finance transformation and ERP projects.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with English and Cantonese fluency.
Responsibilities
- Participate in margin improvement and business transformation engagements in cross-industry sectors, preferably finance.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management.
- Build strong internal relationships within EY Consulting Services and with other services.
- Act as project manager or workstream leader to lead client projects.
- Contribute to career and performance development within the Performance Improvement service.
