Job summary

• Introduce HR solutions to various SME clients includingstaffing, HR outsourcing and visa, etc.
  
• Follow up full sales cycles for prospective clients toensure maximized client satisfaction
  
• Perform 360 recruitment to fulfil clients' hiringrequirements
  
• Research, approach and convince suitable candidates toconsider clients' openings and strive to connect both employers andcandidates in a professional manner
  
• Maintain and update CRM and candidate database, as wellas issuing quotations and invoices on system
  
• Cross-sell and promote other HR solutions offered bythe Company to clients by understanding their needs and presentingsuitable solutions
  
• Assist Account Manager in handling other job duties.
  
• 1 year of recruitment experience (Fresh graduates fromHuman Resources related disciplines are welcome to apply)
  
• Strong motivation to succeed, self-starter, can-do andwinner attitudes
  
• Prior clients and candidates networks will be a bigplus
  
• Can communicate and present fluently in Cantonese,English and/or Mandarin
