Qualifications

• 1 year of recruitment experience (Fresh graduates from HR-related disciplines are welcome to apply).
• Ideally 3 years of recruitment / B2B sales / BD experience.
• Fluent communication in Cantonese, English and/or Mandarin.
• Strong proficiency in computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Introduce HR solutions to SME clients including staffing, HR outsourcing and visa.
• Follow up full sales cycles for prospective clients to ensure maximized client satisfaction.
• Perform 360 recruitment to fulfil clients' hiring requirements.
• Research, approach and convince suitable candidates to consider clients' openings and strive to connect both employers and candidates professionally.
• Maintain and update CRM and candidate database, as well as issuing quotations and invoices on system.
• Cross-sell and promote other HR solutions offered by the Company by understanding client needs and presenting suitable solutions.
