Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited ("ICBC (Asia)") is seeking an HR professional to support organizational design and transformation efforts in Hong Kong.

You will assist in establishing, cancelling and adjusting departments and teams, coordinate expat HR processes and contribute to HR information system development, providing clear reporting and project support under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years in HR management in the banking sector.
• Strong project management, communication and problem solving.
• Proactive, able to work under pressure with multi-tasking.
• Team player capable of working with staff at all levels.
• Excellent English and Chinese (Putonghua) with solid report writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing organizational structure and transformation plans to support business growth.
• Manage internal organization processes, including establishment, cancellation and adjustment of departments/teams.
• Support studies on job design and organizational structure with improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate expatriate HR processes and policy design.
• Assist in HR information system development and implementation.
• Take up ad-hoc assignments or projects as required by supervisors.
