Job summary

ICBC International Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional in Hong Kong to lead end-to-end recruitment for the assigned department. The role involves formulating proactive sourcing strategies, building candidate pipelines, and liaising with hiring managers for screening and interview coordination.

You will design offer packages, manage onboarding/offboarding, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Around 5 years of recruitment experience in financial industry or recruitment agencies, experience in investment banks/securities firms is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of investment banking and relevant product suite.
• Sound knowledge of HR practices and Employment Ordinance.
• Attentive to details, able to work under pressure and tight schedules, able to handle multiple projects and deliver with high quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is a must.
