Job summary

Central Business Information Limited (CBI) is seeking a Senior HR Officer in WanChai to support HR managers with recruitment, policy development, compensation & benefits, training, and the rollout of a new HR system. The role requires strong knowledge of employment laws and excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in HR and a can-do attitude, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of HR experience, particularly in recruitment and policy development.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with HR systems development is a plus.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Assist in developing recruitment strategies, managing the hiring process, and collaborating with hiring managers.
• Policy Development: Support the creation and review of HR policies, ensuring compliance with laws, and provide guidance to staff.
• Compensation & Benefits: Help manage compensation processes and align benefits with business goals.
• Training & Development: Assist in delivering training programs, conducting performance evaluations, and providing coaching.
• HR System Development: Collaborate in the planning and implementation of our new internal HR system.
