Job summary

Konew Fintech Corporation Limited is seeking an HR Officer to provide full HR operations support in Hong Kong. You will assist with recruitment, visa processing, C&B administration, onboarding/offboarding, attendance tracking, learning initiatives, and staff engagements.

The role involves coordinating onboarding logistics, maintaining HRIS records, and supporting internal events. Fresh graduates are welcome, and immediate availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline or HKQF level 5.
• 1 year working experience in Human Resources.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Self-motivated, energetic and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum of HR operations support including recruitment, staffing, visa applications, C&B administration, staff onboarding/offboarding, attendance, learning, and staff engagements.
• Support logistical arrangements for new joiner onboarding and staff departure.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and filing.
• Assist and participate in staff events including annual dinner, training, seminars, and cultural activities.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and service providers to support HR operations.
• Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
