Job summary

Allianz Trade Hong Kong is inviting applications for an HR Intern to support the Hong Kong HR team with daily operations, projects and employee engagement within a multinational and culturally diverse workplace.

You will gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions, including documentation, talent acquisition, lifecycle management and learning & development, while collaborating on regional projects and cross-country initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Proficient in using AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini) for research, content drafting, data analysis and admin tasks.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Demonstrates ownership, accountability and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and process improvement.
• Positive, collaborative team player in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, update, and maintain HR documentation and content to support audit preparedness and compliance.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for HR operations (talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, learning and development) and projects.
• Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement and well-being programmes.
• Coordinate HR initiatives and support regional or group-level projects when required.
• Support ad hoc operational HR tasks as assigned by the HR team.
