  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Proficient in using AI-powered productivity tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini) for research, content drafting, data analysis, and administrative tasks.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with different stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates a sense of ownership, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in problem-solving and process improvement.
  • A positive, collaborative team player who enjoys working in a multicultural and diverse environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review, update, and maintain HR documentation and content to support audit preparedness and compliance
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for HR operations (talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, learning and development) and projects
  • Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement and well‑being programmes
  • Coordinate HR initiatives and support regional or group‑level projects when required
  • Support ad hoc operational HR tasks as assigned by the HR team

The HR Intern will support the Hong Kong HR team in daily operations, HR projects, and employee engagement initiatives.
