Job summary

Polymer Capital in Hong Kong invites a summer HR intern to support the HR team with a range of administrative duties, onboarding logistics, and project coordination. You will gain exposure to recruitment databases, background checks, and employee record management in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an HR or related degree program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
• Good command of English (spoken and written); Asian language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with companywide safety initiatives.
• Assist with background checks and collect all necessary paperwork for personal files.
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes.
• Work with HR team to perform other HR administrative tasks as needed.
