Allianz Trade Hong Kong is inviting applications for an HR Intern to support the Hong Kong HR team with daily operations, projects and employee engagement within a multinational and culturally diverse workplace.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
  • Proficient in using AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini) for research, content drafting, data analysis and admin tasks.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates ownership, accountability and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Positive, collaborative team player in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

Job description

The HR Intern will support the Hong Kong HR team in daily operations, HR projects, and employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
