Job summary

Technic (China-HK) Limited is seeking an HR Generalist in Mong Kok, Hong Kong. The role covers full employment lifecycle, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, with responsibilities in staff engagement, HR policy updates, and training coordination.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in a related field with around 3 years HR experience, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in related discipline.
• 3 years of HR experience; exposure to HRBP is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; approachable and people-oriented.
• Detail-minded, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing, with the knowledge of using AI tools.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employment lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Plan, organize, and execute staff engagement programs, culture/team-building activities, and company events.
• Review, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and operational consistency.
• Initial training & development activities, such as coordinating internal training, maintaining training records.
• Maintain accurate and confidential staff records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Assist with leave & attendance management, prepare related reports as needed.
• Support payroll preparation by providing required HR documents.
• Assist with administrative work and any ad hoc tasks when necessary.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
