Job summary

Morgan Philips Hong Kong Limited is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR operations in Hong Kong. The role requires coordination across interview processes, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities with emphasis on compliance and timely service delivery.

The candidate should have HK HR experience, Cantonese/Mandarin fluency, and strong English communication to support cross-border teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of full-time HR experience in Hong Kong.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations.
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; good English reading/writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle including interview coordination and onboarding.
• Handle employee contract renewals, terminations, exit interviews, and final settlements.
• Prepare HR documentation, policies, and maintain personnel records.
• Respond to employee inquiries; administer leave and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee monthly payroll processing, MPF administration, performance coordination, and attendance/performance monitoring.
