The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking a Manager, Human Resources (Business Facing) to partner with Racecourses and Clubhouse management, delivering HR strategies and services that meet business goals. You will provide proactive HR consulting, drive talent reviews, succession planning and people solutions across the organization.

The role requires at least 8 years’ HR experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifikationen

• Degree holder with at least 8 years of HR experience across the full spectrum.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of people development and assessment tools.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Aufgaben

• Provide a full spectrum of integrated people management services to support business objectives.
• Support in implementing high quality HR propositions aligned to KPIs efficiently.
• Facilitate and support organizational changes in HR perspective via stakeholder feedback.
• Identify HR risks and escalate/recommend solutions for compliance with laws.
• Maintain a strong communication network with all levels of stakeholders.
• Drive service improvements to become the preferred HR partner for internal customers.
• Provide value-adding HR advisory services to business units.
