Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a payroll administrator to handle end-to-end payroll processing for clients. You will perform data entry, master data changes, payroll calculation and payroll reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will send timely reminders on key payroll calendar deadlines, answer staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance and time records, and support administrative tasks while adhering to payroll policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resources Management
• HR working experience is preferable
• Good Cantonese & English; Putonghua an advantage

• End-to-end payroll processing including data entry and master data changes
• Payroll calculation and payroll reporting
• Send reminders to clients on payroll deadlines
• Answer staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance and time records
• Assist administrative tasks and ensure compliance with payroll policies and laws

Job description

• Responsible for tasks throughout the tender, end-to-end payroll processing cycle, involving activities such as data entry, master data changes, payroll calculation and payroll reporting
• Responsible to send timely reminders to the clients on key payroll calendar deadlines
• Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
• Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
• Assist administrative tasks such as filling out forms, review client’s folder, process payroll calculation, medical registration, etc.

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources Management as well
• HR working experience is preferable
• Good in Contonese & English is preferred, with knowledge of Putonghua an advantage
