Job summary

Langham Hospitality Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily operations across the housekeeping team and maintain top-tier service standards. You will ensure cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction while supporting stock control and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate has 6 years in housekeeping with at least 3 in a supervisory role, strong English and Chinese communication, and solid PC skills. A dynamic, guest-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant work experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in hotel industry.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures and chemical handling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, supervisory skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in PC knowledge and common software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily work of all Housekeeping staff, ensuring efficiency and high quality.
• Oversee all areas of Housekeeping operations to ensure excellent service and cleanliness.
• Schedule routine inspections of all Housekeeping areas.
• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction by providing excellent service in a competent and professional manner and obtain maximum productivity.
• Assist in stock control to ensure smooth operation of Housekeeping department.
• Assist in Housekeeping administration duties using computer systems.
• Ensure the Housekeeping department complies with all brand standards in terms of guest service and cleanliness.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Manager.
