Job summary

Motto by Hilton Hong Kong SoHo is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team at our Sheung Wan property. You will supervise standards for bedrooms, bathrooms, and linen quality, allocate rooms to attendants, and inspect rooms after cleaning.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of housekeeping experience with supervisory exposure, strong leadership, and excellent communication, capable of working weekends and shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years housekeeping experience, including supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage teams and drive operational excellence.
• Independent, proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Shift duties including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of housekeeping standards in bedrooms, bathrooms, cleaning and linen quality.
• Perform room allocations to room attendants and conduct room inspections after cleaning.
• Implement and administer an energy management program with reduction objectives.
• Manage lost property for the hotel.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise the implementation of housekeeping standards and procedures in service of bedroom, bathroom, cleaning and linen quality & quantity

Perform room allocations to room attendants and room inspections after cleaning

Implement and administer an energy management program by establishing energy reduction objectives

Management of lost property for the hotel

Job Requirements

Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related discipline is an advantage

Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in hotels of similar capacity and operational complexity, including supervisory experience

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage teams and drive operational excellence

Independent, proactive, and capable of working under pressure

Proficient written and verbal communication skills

Required to work on shift duties, including weekends and public holidays

Candidates with less working experience will be considered as Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor
