Shangri-La Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the team by coordinating day-to-day sales activities and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. You will handle inquiries, assist with sales and marketing tasks, and produce reports on completed activities.

Fresh graduates welcome; strong English, Cantonese, and Putonghua are required. This role offers a structured path within a global hospitality brand and opportunities to develop customer service and admin

Formación

• Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management, Events Management or other related disciplines.
• Experience in administrative or sales background.
• Experience in Delphi or other PMS systems.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated team player.
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Answer and handle incoming inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate any feedback or messages from customers promptly.
• Assist with all in-house sales and marketing related activities and promotional activities.
• Produce required reports of completed sales activities, including the details of face-to-face and any other related client interactions.
• Update and maintain relevant data and sales contact lists, reports and account information.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
