Hong Kong Tourism Board is seeking a Specialist, Visitor Services (Visitor Centre) in Hong Kong. You will engage with visitors, handle enquiries and provide personalised assistance through hotline, email, and live chat. The role involves curating itineraries and occasionally VIP tours to create memorable experiences.

Fresh graduates are welcome; fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential, with foreign language skills as a bonus. Weekend and public holiday work may be required.

Qualificações

• Graduates from universities or tertiary institutions preferably with 2 years of experience in service industry such as service centre/concierge/retail operations
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• A confident communicator in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; knowledge of a foreign language is an advantage
• A cheerful and energetic people person who loves to explore and share
• A proactive team player with strong customer service mindset and skills
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays

Responsabilidades

• Engage with visitors across service centres to handle enquiries and showcase Hong Kong
• Provide personalised assistance through hotline, email and live chat
• Curate tailored itineraries for visitors from around the world; opportunities for VIP tours
• Collaborate with HKTB departments to support events and share frontline insights on customer needs
